DECRETO-LEI N. 1.027 – DE 2 DE JANEIRO DE 1939
Dispõe sobre o registro de contratos de compra e venda com reserva de domínio
O Presidente da República, usando da atribuição que lhe confere o art. 180 da Constituição,
decreta:
O contrato de compra e venda de bens, de natureza civil ou comercial, com a cláusula de reserva do domínio, para valer contra terceiros, deverá ser transcrito no todo ou em parte, no registro público de títulos e documentos do domicílio do comprador.
Revogam-se as disposições em contrario.
