††††O PRESIDENTE DA REP⁄BLICA, no uso da atribuiÁ„o que lhe confere o art. 84, inciso IV, da ConstituiÁ„o, e tendo em vista o disposto nos arts. 5∫, alÌnea "h", 6∫, 15 e 40 do Decreto-Lei n∫ 3.365, de 21 de junho de 1941, alterado pela Lei n∫ 2.786, de 21 de maio de 1956, bem assim o que consta do Processo Administrativo MT n∫ 20000.001512/89-14,

DECRETA:

††††Art. 1∫ Ficam declarados de utilidade p˙blica, para fins de desapropriaÁ„o, total ou parcial, ou instituiÁ„o de servid„o de passagem, em favor da FERRONORTE S.A. - Ferrovias Norte Brasil, os imÛveis constituÌdos de terras, benfeitorias, acessıes e outros bens de propriedade particular, inclusive o domÌnio ˙til dos terrenos foreiros, situados nos MunicÌpios de Aparecida do Taboado, InocÍncia, Cassil‚ndia e Chapad„o do Sul, no Estado de Mato Grosso do Sul, representados pelas faixas de terra assinaladas na documentaÁ„o constante do Processo Administrativo MTC n∫ 50000.006693/92-69.

††††Art. 2∫ As faixas de terra abrangidas pela desapropriaÁ„o ou instituiÁ„o de servid„o de passagem, a que se refere o artigo anterior, possuem um total de 18.422.223m≤ (dezoito milhıes, quatrocentos e vinte dois mil, duzentos e vinte e trÍs metros quadrados) e est„o delimitadas pelas coordenadas topogr·ficas descritas nos Quadros 1 a 3 correspondentes As ·reas A46 a A48, nos Quadros 4 e 5 correspondentes ‡s ·reas B1 e B2 e nos Quadros 6 a 8 correspondentes ‡s ·reas C1 a C3 abaixo:
