LEI Nº 14.594, DE 2 DE JUNHO DE 2023
Institui o Dia Nacional dos Agentes de Trânsito.
O PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA
Faço saber que o Congresso Nacional decreta e eu sanciono a seguinte Lei:
É instituído o Dia Nacional dos Agentes de Trânsito, a ser celebrado anualmente no dia 11 de maio, em todo o território nacional.
Os órgãos e as entidades de trânsito dos Estados, do Distrito Federal e dos Municípios, nos termos do § 10 do art. 144 da Constituição Federal, durante o mês de maio e especialmente na celebração do Dia Nacional dos Agentes de Trânsito, poderão desenvolver atividades e programas de atualização profissional e campanhas de prevenção de acidentes.
Esta Lei entra em vigor na data de sua publicação.
Brasília, 2 de junho de 2023; 202º da Independência e 135º da República.
