DECRETO Nº 60.313, DE 7 DE MARÇO DE 1967.
Altera o valor das multas estabelecidas no Regulamento para o Tráfego Marítimo.
O PRESIDENTE DA REPÚBLICA, usando da atribuição que lhe confere o artigo 87, inciso I, da Constituição,
Decreta:
As multas estabelecidas no Regulamento para Tráfego Marítimo, aprovado pelo Decreto nº 5.798, de 11 de junho de 1940, alterado pelo Decreto nº 50.114 de 26 de janeiro de 1061 e, na espécie de que se trata, alterado pelo Decreto nº 42.039, de 14 de agôsto de 1967, passam a vigorar com os seguintes valôres correspondentes às infrações especificadas nos artigos abaixo relacionados:
